Present continuous tense adalah tense yang berfungsi untuk mengungkapkan aksi yang sedang dilakukan pada masa sekarang (ketika berbicara) dan sesuatu di masa depan. Kalimat present continuous dibentuk oleh auxiliary verb “be” seperti am, is, are dan diikuti oleh present participle (bentuk V 1+ing).
